Need help with mom's PinkPanda, missed migration

Long story short, my mom had be buy Pink Panda. I only found out about the migration a earlier this year.

I’ve been trying to contact the support team:

  • Completed the Google Form, no response.
  • Completed the “Let’s Talk” form on their website, no response.
  • Sent an email to, no response
  • Sent an email to, failed:
    "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Address not found

Any other ideas on how to contact them to receive assistance with migrating my mom’s PinkPanda to Bamboo?

Anyone been successful in contacting them or migrating to Bamboo this year?
